Andrew has a Law degree from Russia and had a former practice there which included Contract Law and Advertising Law.

Andrew was born in Russia and has been educated both in Russia and in the United States. He has two degrees from a branch of Moscow State University: a Degree in Law (1997) from the Department of Law and a Degree in English (1996) obtained from the Department of International Communications and Languages. (Russian Law degrees are somewhere between the LLB and the LLM.) In addition, Andrew graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from the Oklahoma City University in 1995. He moved to Edmonton in 1999.

Andrew is very proud of his family. He and his wife have two young sons. His personal interests and hobbies include computers and photography. Andrew speaks the Russian language fluently.

Though he is not a practicing lawyer here in Canada, Andrew is well-versed in corporate registrations and reorganization procedures and looks after over 1000 corporate clients registered in various jurisdictions.
